Disclaimer

We are an independent practice platform. We are not the Civil Service Commission, we do not have their questions, and we cannot promise you a passing score.

In effect from 12 August 2026.

Draft. The operator’s registered details have not been published yet, so this page describes how the service works but does not yet identify who is accountable for it. It will be completed before the service takes payments.

Not affiliated with the Civil Service Commission

Civil Service Practice is not affiliated with, endorsed by, accredited by, or connected to the Civil Service Commission. No private reviewer holds such an accreditation, whatever they may say. Commission names, seals, and logos are not used on this site.

These are not real examination questions

Every question here was written or generated for this platform against the published scope of the examination. We do not have, use, buy, or reproduce actual examination material, and we do not accept recalled or photographed questions from anybody - examination content is confidential, and practising on it would be poor preparation in any case, because the questions change.

How our questions are written and checked is set out in our editorial standards.

No guarantee of a passing score

Nothing here is a guarantee, a prediction, or a “sure pass.” A readiness figure on your dashboard is an estimate built from your own answers on our material against our reading of the examination’s weighting. It describes your practice, not the examination result.

Examination dates and rules

Only the Commission can announce a schedule, a filing period, or a change of rules. Where we summarise one, we link to the announcement it came from and date it. Always confirm against the Commission’s own site before you make a plan around it - and if our page and theirs disagree, theirs is right.

Errors

A bank of thousands of questions written by people will contain mistakes. If you find one, report it and we will check it against the source and correct or withdraw it. Reporting an error is a contribution, not a complaint, and we would rather hear about it than have it quietly practised.

Answer-sheet scanning

Reading a photographed answer sheet is a convenience, not an authority. The reader reports what it is unsure about rather than guessing, and every reading is shown to you to confirm or change before anything is saved. Check it - the responsibility for what ends up recorded is yours.

Not professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, career, or employment advice. Questions touching on the Constitution, the Code of Conduct, or environmental and human-rights law are written for examination practice and are not a statement of your rights or obligations.
